高校高层次人才综合评价体系研究

中文摘要:高校高层次人才综合评价体系能有效解决层次分析法所不能表示的指标间具有依赖和反馈关系的问题,结果更加真实、有效。综合评价指标体系模型由基本情况、道德修养、潜能素质、工作绩效和影响贡献五个指标组,共计十七个指标元素组成。将待评价人员作为第六个指标组加入评价模型,通过分析指标间的依赖关系和优势度,利用Super Decisions软件,最终合成极限超矩阵,获得极限评级权重;该结果不仅可以获得各指标的权重,还可以直接得到待评价人员的评价结果,方便操作。综合评价体系可用于指导高校高层次人才综合评价工作,为高校的高层次人才队伍管理工作提供依据。

Study on the Comprehensive Evaluation System for the High-Level Talents in Colleges and Universities
Abstract:A comprehensive evaluation system of the high-level talents in colleges and universities based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP) was proposed. It was an effective solution to the problems with dependence and feedback relation between indicators that the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) could not express. The results were more realistic and effective. The model was composed of basic situation, moral cultivation, potential quality, job performance, effect and contribution, a total of 5 groups and 17 indicators elements. Then the candidates were joined to the model as the sixth index group. Using Super Decisions software, analyzing the dependency and dominance between indexes, the limit hypermatrix was synthesized ultimately and the rating weight was obtained.
